KIT company was founded in 2007 in Kiev, its owners – Sergey Maloman and Alexander Efremov. Earlier, the firm participated in the development of the action portal for the Ministry of Defense and modernized several information systems for utility companies. In total, the company received 72 contracts worth UAH 77.5 million.
PlayCity Chairman Gennady Novikov reported that the first stage of the system will be ready by the end of 2025 and will ensure tracking the movement of money in the gambling market. This will allow the State Tax Service to charge personal income tax and military levy.
Market operators will receive six months to integrate their systems with the state platform. In parallel, the tender is planned for the second place to complete the entire functionality.
