Details: The Court of Appeal of Bologna ruled to the Supreme Federal Court of Cassation of Germany Sergei Kuznetsov, arrested for a European warrant in Rimini on August 21.

Kuznetsov’s defender, lawyer Nicola Kenestrini announced plans to appeal to the cassation court of Italy, because, according to him, the fundamental rights of a Ukrainian – the right to fair trial, conditions of detention and functional immunity were violated.
What was before:
- According to a statement published by the German Prosecutor’s Office in August, Kuznetsov was a member of a group of persons who installed explosive devices on pipelines near the Danish Island of Bornholm in the Baltic Sea.
- He was charged with conspiracy to cause an explosion, anti -constitutional diversion and the destruction of important structures.
- President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine was not involved in the explosions, and suggested analyzing what players could need such an information hip.
