Source: Results of a survey of the Kiev International Institute of Sociology, conducted on September 2-14
Details: Sociologists have voiced the provisions of the “peace plan” of the Russian Federation. In particular, the US and Europe abolish all sanctions against Russia; The Russian language is official status; Ukraine should significantly cut the army and restrict weapons; Ukraine permanently refuses NATO membership, and the event cannot supply weapons to Ukraine anymore; Russia has the right to determine what security guarantees for Ukraine will be and will be one of the security countries of Ukraine; Ukraine removes troops from the part of the Donetsk region, which is now controlled, that is, from Kramatorsk, Slavic and other cities; Ukraine officially recognizes Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Russia and abandons them forever; Russia retains control over the occupied parts of Kherson and Zaporozhye.

There are different options for the end of the war. Now I read one option, and you tell how you would treat it. Use the “I easily agree to this option”, “it will be a difficult option, but generally acceptable” or “this option is quite unacceptable.”

At the same time, 74% of Ukrainians (although mainly without enthusiasm), but are ready to approve the plan of Europe and Ukraine. Only 15% categorically reject it.
In the regional dimension, 61-80% in all regions reject the plan of Russia. Instead, 72-77% are ready to approve the plan of Europe and Ukraine in all regions.
At the same time, the “peace plan” of Russia if it would become a reality, 65% of Ukrainians would consider Ukraine failure. Only 7% would consider it more or full of success, and there are still 19% that would consider it 50 to 50 success and failure.
In the case of the plan of Europe and Ukraine, 30% would consider it rather or complete success, another 44% would consider it 50 to 50 for 50 success of Ukraine. Only 18% would consider it a failure of Ukraine.

Reference: The study was held from September 2 to September 14. The method of telephone interviews on the basis of a random sample of mobile numbers was interviewed by 1,023 respondents aged 18 years and older, who at the time of the survey lived in the territory of Ukraine, which was controlled by the Government of Ukraine. The samples did not include residents of territories that are not temporarily controlled by the authorities of Ukraine (at the same time some of the respondents – IDPs who moved from the occupied territories), and did not conduct a survey with citizens who left abroad after February 24, 2022.
Formally, in normal circumstances, the statistical error of sampling of 1,023 respondents (with a probability of 0.95 and taking into account the design effect 1.3) does not exceed 4.1%.
Sociologists emphasize that the conditions of war in addition to the formal error are added some systematic deviation, but they believe that the results still retain high representativeness and allow to analyze the public sentiment of the population.
