Details: She said that she was called to the Ministry of Defense at a time when the Department of Health had a conflict between the director Oksana Sukhorukova and Deputy Minister of Defense Sergey Melnik.
According to Mikhailova, she then spoke with the then Minister of Obrone Rustem Umerov and Melnik, who explained that her “priority would be a front, not military hospitals”, reported that she had a team and a strategy for half a year with a “clear work plan for every month.”
She specified that her team included people from the volunteer environment, some of them were military from the front and some were civil.
