Orion has a wingspan of 16.3 meters and can be in the air for up to 24 hours. This drone has a runway up to 1000 kg and is capable of caring up to 200 kg, including X-50 missiles, UPAB-50, FAB-50, CAC-50 and the like. The device can fly up to 7500 m in height, gain a speed of 200 km/h and has a radius of use of 250 km.
The Brody noted that this is one of the few devices of this type liquidated by the Ukrainian military. Earlier, the Magyara birds have destroyed more than 1500 enemy drones of different models, including “Orlan”, Zala, SuperCam, Shahamed, Gerber and Lannta. Merlin and Forpost were the biggest goals.
“Magyar” added that Orion remained in the list of priority goals, and thanked the fighters of the Topot team for the work done.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine demonstrated a video how the special unit “Wings” destroys the drones of Russians in the Ukrainian sky.
