The conflict happened on September 11 at about 10:30 pm on Dokivska Street. According to militiamen, there was a quarrel between two men after the garage owner refused to smoke a cigarette. Receiving the refusal, he began to threaten physical violence and arson. The owner hid in his garage, but the attacker set fire to the wooden gate, blocking the victim inside.
Rescuers of the SES, who eliminated the fire, arrived at the scene. The fire was damaged by the garage and a Volkswagen Polo car. The attacker was detained at the crime scene. Criminal proceedings have been opened for Part 2 of Art. 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (deliberate damage to the property by arson). Behind him threatens to 10 years of imprisonment.
