The dates and time of the beginning of the matches 1/16 of the Cup of Ukraine of the season 2025/26 are determined. The winners of the 1/32 finals, as well as four representatives of Ukraine in the European Cups: Dynamo, Shakhtar, Polesie and Alexandria, participate in this round of the competition.

The stage 1/16 of the finals will be extended for more than a week – from September 17 to September 24.
