On September 8, the State Tax Service launched 20 tax advisers in the regions to assist taxpayers. V. O. The head of the STS Lesya Karnauh noted that the initiative to create offices appeared after successful consulting centers for risk analysis. They were created in order to support business in solving issues related to unblocking tax invoices and assessing the level of risk of enterprises.
Each office will have at least 6 experts. In total, about 1.5 thousand employees of the tax service are involved in the work. They will advise on the following areas:
- taxation of individuals and legal entities,
- Digital Services and Reporting,
- Tax disputes,
- Tax audit,
- Actual checks and rules of PPO/PPO legislation,
- control of circulation of excise goods,
- Stopping registration of tax invoices or registration cards,
- Payment of tax liabilities and debts from the ESA,
- providing qualified electronic trust services,
- Transfer pricing.

According to the informant, according to the STS, some catering establishments show unrealistically low amounts of income. Some restaurants declared only up to UAH 50,000 a month. According to the tax service, similar indicators are economically unjustified. Even a small institution usually needs at least three employees – a cook, a waiter and a bartender. According to the current legislation, the salary of each of them can not fall below 8 thousand hryvnias. The activity of the DPS with tax control is carried out in compliance with the NSDC decision on the implementation of legal and organizational mechanisms of the moratorium on unreasonable inspections and intervention of state bodies in business processes, solely on the basis of risk-oriented approach and in the presence of high-risk criteria.
