Details: Shmigal noted that it is critical to actively implement the following initiatives for Ukraine:

- Purl – we need a clear schedule of regular financing and supply of arms packages;
- Six billion dollars in production of drones: interceptors to protect our economy and civilians; Fpv to hold the front; shock drones to continue pressure on Russian military production and military goals.
- To put $ 60 billion in the budgets of partner countries for 2026 to protect Europe and Ukraine.
- Additional 10 Patriot systems as well as missiles for Patriot, SAMP/T, NASAMS, Iris-T and Hawk. This issue is urgent, because Russia plans new blows to our energy and infrastructure. We are grateful to Germany for the purchase of two PATROTOOT-PAC-3 anti-aircraft missile systems.
- Sanctions and confiscation of frozen Russian assets. Economic pressure should be increased so that there are fewer resources for war in Russia.
