The Kyiv Court of Appeal obliged the People’s Deputy Maryan Bezuglu to pay the brigade General Oleg Zubanychi compensation in the amount of 1 hryvnia in the case of protection of honor and dignity of the military.

General Zubanych filed a lawsuit after the publication of Bezsloy in January 2024. People’s Deputy accused the commander of the 10th Army Corps of large losses in the Armed Forces.
In addition, according to court documents, Bezugla also stated that in 2022 Zubanych failed the defense of Kharkiv region and led to the loss of the city of Lisichansk.
According to the court decision, Maryana Bezugla should not only pay symbolic compensation, but also cover the costs of UAH 24 081.50 for expert examination and more than UAH 6.3 thousand of court fees.
It is noted that the court did not consider the complaint of the lawyer of Bezid because of non -payment of court fees.
Oleg Zubanych also demands that the People’s Deputy refutes the false information she has spread on her Facebook page.
