The CPC was reminded that in 2024, NABU and SAP were reported suspicion of exnardep Pashinsky, businessman Tishchenko and others in the seizure of Kurchenko oil products in the amount of UAH 817 million.
According to the investigation, in 2014, the court seized 97 thousand tons of petroleum products imported into Ukraine in violation of legislation.
But Tishchenko and Pashinsky developed a scheme of seized property and created a criminal organization for this purpose, NABU noted.
They achieved the transfer of fuel and lubricants to a state-owned enterprise, to which they assigned controlled persons.
At the same time, Pashinsky provided control over the storage bases of oil products by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, whose actions were allegedly managed by members of the criminal organization.
In the future, the state -owned enterprise sold raw materials at low prices under the control of the company scheme. However, the budget has not been received.
