Citizens of Ukraine who, through war events or other circumstances are forced abroad and have reached retirement age, are eligible to apply for pension payments remotely through the online platform of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. This option is also available for those who are in Ukraine and prefers digital services instead of personal visits to the state institutions. For residents who cannot receive a qualified electronic signature (KEP), the portal has a pension execution function using an action. The Pension Fund of Ukraine informed about it on September 4.
To use this mechanism, you must have an activated account in the mobile application “Action”, enable the function. Signing and downloading electronic copies of the relevant documents in advance.
Digital copies of documents:
- should be clear, colored and completely legible;
- File formats: JPG or PDF;
- the maximum size of one file is 1 MB;
- File names should show the type of document.
