Currently, the Reserve+can be fined if a person:
- did not specify the data until July 16, 2024;
- did not arrive at the Tax Code and JV;
- did not start military accounting after reaching 25 years;
- did not start military accounting at a new address;
- did not register after returning from the penalty institution;
- did not register at the place of residence as IDPs;
- was not on military registration at the place of residence, work or training;
- did not provide property (buildings, transport, structures) during mobilization;
- refused to pass or did not pass the VLK.
One paid fine only concerns the specific violation for which it was accrued.
To use the service you need to download the application “Reserve+” At the App Store or Google Play, to authorize and in the “Online Fine” section, apply for a violation.
Within three days, the Tax Code and SP examines the application and sends a resolution.
After that, it is possible to pay a fine of 8,500 UAH – this is 50% of the full amount.
Payment is given 20 days. If you are delayed, you will have to pay UAH 17,000, and in the case of further ignoring the amount will increase to UAH 34,000.
After payment of the warning, the application disappears. The whole process usually takes up to four days.
Payment of the fine does not cancel the obligation to comply with military accounting – summons can continue.
Ignoring the mobilization order (combat summons) entails criminal liability – from 3 to 5 years in prison.
In the case of systematic ignoring of the stories, not only administrative penalties but also legal restrictions are provided.
If the fine is not paid on time, the case goes to the executive service, which can lead to the arrest of property or blocking bank accounts.
Citizens have the opportunity to make a fine and directly in the CCC and JV. However, the Defense Ministry emphasizes that the digitalization of the process is intended to minimize queues, to make the procedure faster and more convenient.
