According to analysts of the American Institute for War Study (ISW), the head of the General Staff of Russia Valery Gerasimov, as well as the Russian Minister of Defense of Russia Andriy Belousov made exaggerated statements about the promotion of the Russian army.
ISW believes that the Kremlin is probably trying to influence the policy of the West on Ukraine, making it a false impression that Russia’s attacks and victory are inevitable.
