BLS International, which provides its services in Moscow and St. Petersburg, allegedly resumed the adoption of documents for drawing visas in the summer of 2025.
Officially, the Slovak side did not comment on this information, but a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovakia confirmed on the conditions of anonymity: “Yes, this is true.”

EU countries have agreed to strengthen the rules for the issuance of visas to Russian citizens after a full -scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, but did not agree on the full ban on the entry of Russian tourists.
