Details: During the project, the Police and Border Guard Department will teach 84 Ukrainian police officers of the highest and middle level from the National Police, the Patrol Police and the Police Schools.

The project will last from 2025 to 2027, and during this time Estonia will visit six training groups from Ukraine.
The first training group of 14 Ukrainian police is already in Tartu. The training will last one week, during the program, police leaders will receive, among other things, an overview of the establishment of Estonian police, management reforms and implementation of modern management principles, organizational culture, internal control and future developments.
The Police and Border Protection Department is conducted for the second time. In 2023-2025, 34 heads of the Ukrainian police passed similar training.
It was also reported that Estonia is ready to participate in the future peacekeeping operation in Ukraine forces to one company.
And in early August, Ukrainian rescuers received 16 fire trucks from Latvia.
