The State Property Fund of Ukraine plans to restore the sale of the former correctional colony in the coming months, reports Liga.net.
It is about the Irpin Correctional Center №132 in the center of Kotsyubynsky (Irpin community, Kiev) and the southern correctional colony №51 in Odessa. Previous attempts to sell these objects in 2021 ended to no avail.
The Irpin colony is planned to auction this year. The Ministry of Justice will determine whether the territory will be divided into two plots – in the case of a positive decision, the sale will take place separately, as they did with the Lviv object four years ago.
Regarding the Odessa colony, its auction can be held in 2025 or 2026.
The State Property Fund, within the limits of large privatization, sold the state package of shares of PJSC “Vinnitsapobbut”. The starting price of the object has increased more than twice, it was privatized for ₴ 608.1 million.
