According to the government resolution adopted by the days, the SPSU will be able to miss men under 22 years to travel abroad, for this purpose it is necessary to have a foreign passport and present a military-accounting document in paper or electronic form at the request of the border guards.
But the border guards warn that the new order will not extend to citizens who work in certain positions in the bodies of the State Administration or the state -owned enterprises. For them, as before, traveling abroad is possible on the basis of documents on business trip.
On August 26, the government updated the order of crossing the state border. Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko stated that men aged 18 to 22 will be able to cross the state border during martial law.
With the onset of large -scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and the introduction of martial law and general mobilization in the country, restrictions for a military service and recruits of a male article aged 18 to 60 years in the right to travel abroad were established.
