In Milan (Italy) ended the World Kayak and Canoe Championship, where Lyudmila Luzan was triumphantly performed, winning four gold medals in all disciplines in which she participated.
Lyudmila won both single competitions for 200 and 500 meters, and in canoe two with Irina Fedorov at the same distances.
This result made Luzan the record holder of Ukraine by the number of awards at one world championship. Currently, her piggy bank has 11 world medals: 8 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze.
Earlier it became known that the 2025 World Cup became the best for Ukraine in terms of medals in history.
