The document states that, according to the updated rules, men aged 18 to 22 (inclusive) will be able to travel abroad during martial law. The permit is valid from the next day after the official publication of the resolution, as previously stated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko on Telegram.

“The exception: the norm does not apply to persons who hold certain positions in public authorities, state bodies and local self -government bodies. These persons can only go abroad on a business trip,” the statement reads.
