According to the case file, The woman lived from birth without constant registration found by CNAP representatives. This was a violation of the Law of Ukraine “On Freedom of Movement and Free Choice of Residence in Ukraine”, which provides for administrative sanctions. The relevant data were recorded in the decision of the Malinsky District Court of Zhytomyr Region of August 21, 2025.
On August 6, 2025, during the inspection at the CNAP premises, it was confirmed that the citizen had no official registration from birth, which was contrary to Part 1 of Art. 197 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. She did not arrive at the hearing, although she received a proper notice of date and place of consideration.
