The Supreme Anti -Corruption Court is considering the admission of businessman Sergei Tyshchenko.
The case concerns the theft of arrested oil products by Sergey Kurchenko worth UAH 817 million.
According to the Corruption Center, the prosecutor declared attempts to influence one of the suspects and his defenders on other persons involved, including Tishchenko.
According to the investigation, Tyshchenko, together with Exnaress Sergey Pashinsky, created a criminal scheme of seizing with arrested fuel and lubricants.
They achieved the transfer of petroleum products to the state -owned enterprise, appointing the management positions of controlled persons. Pashinsky provided control of storage bases through the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The state -owned enterprise fully sell the raw material at low prices under the control of the organizers of the scheme.
However, the state budget has not been received – the company paid only part of the funds, which they then brought to the accounts of other controlled economic entities.
