The agent was supposed to draw up a detailed plan for the protection of the administrative buildings of the defense forces-the location of checkpoints and office parking.
She also monitored the bases of territorial centers in different parts of the city.
It was found that the suspect was a local freelancer who remotely recruited the FSB through a familiar from the occupied Crimea.
The Russians promised her to “evacuate” to the Russian Federation after the third countries after completing the tasks – they planned to use the data obtained for terrorist attacks and missile attacks against the capital.
