A pensioner appeared in the Savings Bank branch to obtain a new pension cards by completion of the previous action. At the same time it was pulled from 100 UAH in cash. The corresponding message was posted by his daughter on August 20 under the post of financial institution.

The woman said that her father as a pensioner withdrew a cash amount of 100 UAH upon receipt of a new card at the Bank’s branch. Employees explained this as a fee for a new plastic, issued a receipt with an incomprehensible payment.

The financial institution emphasizes that the replacement of pension cards when updating the term is unpaid. Most likely, the client was offered additional services such as insurance that has been issued.
