The head coach of Milan Inter Chrisitan Kivu spoke on the eve of the start of his team in the new season of Italian series A against Torino. Quoting the Romanian specialist by the official site “Neradzurry”.

”We worked well for these four weeks. It was a short but intense pre -season training. We have not faced too much difficulty. The team trained persistently, and the players were taught full. As always, some things we did well and others worse. We are still working on ourselves, and we want to continue to improve, both individually and collectively. Our approach to the transfer window has always been purposeful. We meant specific names, but some clubs we negotiated with these players were inviolable, just as we considered our own. Each club has the right to make its own decisions. We remained true to our vision and adhered to a strategy of a club -oriented club. I think we have coped well by inviting players who are talented and ready to play for inter.

What can I pass to this team from the one who won Treble in 2010? In part, it depends on the nature, and partly on the understanding that the planned moments do not always come true. You need to cope with good moments, but above all, with complex. Each season has a difficult period. If you cannot achieve results during this period, everything changes. The mentality is the key. When you have motivation and clear goals, you know what steps you need to take. This is why the first game is always the most important.

I am proud of being an Inter trainer. I am aware of the responsibility and what I try to bring to the team. When you give everything you have – time, energy and knowledge – everything gets easier. You never know if you can do it, but I could not wait for the beginning of the season. Experience tells us that we all prefer to play, not wait. We are glad to start a new season.
