“The Security Service of Ukraine has published new materials confirming that during a full -scale war, one of the heads of interregional departments of NABU detectives together with his father was engaged in the organization of illegal trade with the Russian Federation. It is about the sale of technical hemp, which was grown in the Zhytomyr region and planned to sell to Russia (Republic of Dagestan), ”the SBU press service reported.
In particular, the SBU declared an audio recording of the NABU official previously published, during which he, according to the Security Service, discusses the terms of sale and “even promises to send a commercial offer to the potential buyer.”
“The conclusions of the State Judicial Semantic and Textual Expertise confirm that the interlocutors talk about trade with the Republic of Russian Dagestan. In the framework of the pre -trial investigation, the SBU investigators also recorded the correspondence of the NABU official with a representative of one of Dagestan’s agro -companies for the sale of technical hemp. The relevant information was found in the suspect’s phone, ”the message reads.
The security service stated that in the process of analyzing the content of phones received evidence that “the organization of illegal business was engaged in the NABU employee, and his father mostly performed his instructions and carried out the functions of control over agricultural processes on the spot.”
The SBU reminded that they reported a high-ranking official of NABU and his father about the suspicion of the article “Aidence of the State Aggressor”. They are in custody.
At the same time, the Security Service noted that this criminal proceedings “concerns only an individual employee of the Anti-Corruption Bureau and the facts of its cooperation with the aggressor country and is in no way related to the effective work of NABU as a state institution of Ukraine as a whole.”
The Security Service does not indicate the names of the defendants, but from its circumstances, as well as media reports, it follows that Ruslan Magamedrasulov – the head of one of the interregional departments of NABU and his father. They have not yet commented the SBU.
In July, the SBU reported that Russia was investigating Russia’s likely influence on the National Anti -Corruption Bureau. Among the persons named, in particular, the head of one of the interregional departments of the Bureau Ruslan Magamedrasulov and the People’s Deputy Fyodor Khristenko.

NABU stated that on July 21, about 70 searches were conducted by the SBU, the State Bureau of Investigation and the Prosecutor General’s Office against the Bureau staff. The check was also held in the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
“At least 15 NABU employees cover. According to available information, investigative actions are carried out without court rulings. The substances for these actions in the vast majority of cases are the participation of individuals in road accidents. However, some employees are charged with possible relationships with the aggressor country. These facts are not interrelated, ”NABU argued.
After that, on July 22, the Verkhovna Rada supported the Bill No. 12414, which, as reported, limits the independence of NABU and SAP. These legislative changes have provoked protests in Ukraine, as well as concern from Western partners.
Subsequently, President Volodymyr Zelensky introduced a new bill to the Council “Strengthening the powers of the National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.” The deputies approved this bill as a whole. Zelensky signed this document.
