Details: According to him, it is about employees of all levels in all departments without exception. “Volodymyr Zelenskyy supported this idea,” Yermak said.
Yermak considers fair involvement of the military with combat experience in working in OP. “Because these people are a measure of honor, morality and devotion to Ukraine. I know well how the pace changes when the people who have gone through the war are changing. They are not looking for excuses, they are looking for a solution to how to achieve the result,” the OP chairman said.
As an example, he called his deputy Pavel Palis, who previously commanded the 93rd separate mechanized brigade “Cold Yar”.
“It is such a culture that should spread to the whole civil service in the future. And this is an example not only for the state,” Yermak said.
