CYBERTRUCK owners are sued

Vlad Cherevko I have been interested in all kinds of electronics and technologies since 2004. I like to play computer games, and I understand the work of different gadgets. I regularly monitor the news of the technology in the world and write materials about it.

In California, the Kybertruck electric book owner filed a collective lawsuit against Tesla, accusing it of failing to comply with the FOUNDATION SERIES. Carscoops writes about it.

The plaintiff Eric Schwartz claims that he paid an additional $ 20,000 for the update, which should include an LED off -road panel on the roof, but received a car without that part. Schwartz tried to solve the problem directly with Tesla, asking for a request for the installation of the light panel, but after the unsuccessful attempts filed a claim.

The document states that it suffered “actual damage” because it did not receive the goods for which he had already paid. The lawsuit aims to present the interests of all Cybertruck buyers equipment for Foundation Series in California, which did not receive the promised update.

Schwartz’s legal team also states that many clients could refuse to buy if they knew that Tesla advertising materials were misleading and that the company did not intend to supply the declared equipment.

This is not the only lawsuit that Tesla has been in California lately. Earlier this week, the California court ruled that the company should respond to a collective lawsuit, which is accused of disseminating false information about the possibilities of autonomous driving.

The lawsuit states that Tesla failed to make promises made on the official site, blogs, social networks, as well as in the public statements of Ilon Mask. The plaintiffs claim that these statements influenced their decision to buy cars that did not have stated functions in reality.
