The KMVA reported a traffic restriction in the center of Kiev on August 22

In the center of Kiev, on August 22, the movement will be restricted, the city military administration and the State Security Administration reported.

“We would like to inform you that on 22.08.2025, in connection with the conduct of security measures with the participation of foreign delegations in Kiev, temporary restrictions on traffic in the central part of the city will operate,” – the message reads.

What foreign delegations are referred to.

The State Security Service noted that, in accordance with the Ukrainian legislation, “heads of foreign states, governments, parliaments and international organizations that are in Ukraine with official or working visits, state protection is ensured.”
