Do you wait for payments to the Armed Forces in September
The indexation of payments is provided by the Law “On Social and Legal Protection of Servicemen and their Families” (No. 20111-XII). It is used if the consumer price index calculated by the increasing outcome exceeds the threshold of 103%.
The State Statistics Service published an inflation index for July 2025, which was minus 0.2% (inflation 99.8%). Since the indexation threshold is not exceeded, there will be no significant changes in September. Those for whom the base month was January or February 2025 will receive indexation within the amounts previously established: 133 UAH for January and 106 UAH for February.
Combat and other additional payments
The minimum financial security in September will start from 20.13 thousand UAH. Maximum payments will depend on the nature of the service, the type of troops, personal achievements and other factors.
In addition, additional rewards are provided:
30 thousand UAH once – for the execution of combat missions outside the zones of active hostilities.
50, 70 and 100 thousand UAH – for fighters who serve in “hot spots”, in occupied or hostile territories.
Payments for the destruction of the enemy’s equipment are also valid, in particular:
243 thousand UAH – for the ship of the first rank.
183 thousand UAH – for the second rank ship.
122 thousand UAH – for the ship of the third rank.
97 thousand UAH – for the ship of the fourth rank.
12 thousand UAH – for a destroyed car.
Prizes and surcharges will also be charged for military discipline, lack of penalties, high performance in the performance of duties, as well as for the existence of scientific degrees and titles.
