“The decision has come into force from the moment of proclamation and appeal in cassation,” – the statement reads.
The appeal of the lawyer of the cereals was filed on July 18 with the Appeal Chamber of the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court, and in mid -August, the appellate instance appointed consideration.
