“I am grateful to the deputies for supporting the changes to the state budget. Additional funds are directed to priority non -military areas – medicines for cancer patients and patients with severe diseases, nutrition of students in grades 1-4 in all areas and students of grades 5-11 in the frontlines, development of military lyceums, support of Defense Tech manufacturers, assistance to veterans.
The financing is provided by reducing other non -military expenditures and optimizing debt payments, Sviridenko said.
