In the Russian Federation, the number of victims due to an explosion at the Armed Forces increased to 135, the dead – 11

To 135 the number of victims as a result of an explosion at the Elastic Armored Plant in the Ryazan region, which took off the lives of 11 co -operation on August 15. About it reports the Russian State Agency of TASS with reference to the operational headquarters.

“Medical care was provided to 135 people, 32 of them were hospitalized. 17 are sent to the federal centers of the city of Moscow, of which 14 are difficult, three – of moderate severity. 15 people are in the hospital of Ryazan, three of them are difficult, others are of moderate severity, ”the message reads.

On August 18, it was announced in the Ryazan region.

In the morning of August 15, a fire and an explosion occurred in the powder shop of the plant producing ammunition and aviation weapons. The shop building is completely destroyed. The preliminary cause of the incident was called safety disorders.

The plant, according to 2021, produces rockets for jet artillery, various types of aviation weapons and gas generators for submarines, writes the Russian Radio Liberty Service.

In October 2021, the explosion occurred at the Retault Armed Plant, located on the territory of “Elastics”, then 17 people were killed.
