The first match of the playoffs of the Europa League qualification between Israeli Maccabi Tel Aviv and Dynamo Kiev will be served by the Georgian Arbitrators. This was reported by the UEFA press service.

The main arbiter was appointed Horgie Krusvili, who will be assisted by Levan Varamishvili and George Elikashvili. The role of the reserve referee was reached by George Avasashvili.
