According to Shabunin, the DBR returned only the technique of his relatives, while his own gadgets – phone and laptop – remained in the department.
He also noted that the DBR release was made public intentionally during procedural actions when he could not refute the information.
Vitaliy Shabunin recalled that earlier on the DBR website it was reported that he allegedly illegally used the SUV, imported as humanitarian assistance for the army, but the suspicion did not state this. The judge and the prosecutor confirmed the lack of such fact during the meeting.
The anti -corruptionman added that the judge of the Pechersk court actually found him guilty before hearing the case.
“Either the judge has already found me guilty, or without even reading, she signed the decision that Bankova lowered her,” Shabunin said.
On July 11, the DBR reported suspicion of Vitaliy Shabunin, who, according to the investigation, allegedly evaded service in the army and without permission used a car intended for the Armed Forces.
