On the defender of the national team of Ukraine, Ilya Zabarny, who made the long-awaited transition from the English “Bournemut” to the French Paris Saint-Germain this summer, awaits a difficult test. And it is connected not only in speeches for one of the strongest clubs in Europe today, but also in staying in one team with a representative of the terrorist country-Russia. It is about goalkeeper Matthew Safonova, who appeared in the Paris Club a year ago.

It is difficult to say how this extraordinary situation will occur, which at such a high level has not yet had precedents. However, the fact remains: now these two players are in one football boat.

What does one of our most respected experts think about this, who recently appreciated the possibilities of the Zabarny? The correspondent Sport.ua asked the former Dynamo coach and the national team of Ukraine.

– How do you think it will feel and how will Ilya wage himself in a Russian team?

– I don’t even know. I do not understand: there were so many conversations for two months that Safonov is being sold or about to sell, and this goalkeeper in PSG remained. Honestly, I do not understand. I do not even imagine how they will get used in one club. Or maybe the journalists at the first time began to write, as if they said something. It is likely that he did not say anything at all. But whatever it is, but neither I nor you would live in a similar situation with Safonov either in one room or in one hotel room, or in general. I do not know how it will be next.

– Meanwhile, the San German’s couple has recently purchased a new goalkeeper, a chevalier hatch, from another French club – Lily. Perhaps this is a kind of Safonov’s hint to search for a new team?

– We saw Chevalier, who played as part of PSG in the match for the Super Cup with Tottenham. He is no. I do not know why they took this goalkeeper. So it is not clear how it will be.

– The transition to the French Grand can be regarded as a step forward in the star time?

– Elijah is a very good guy. He has everything in football – both selection and speed and other good qualities. He grew up from a good level player. It is gratifying that the Zabarny was accepted in PSG very beautiful and warm. This club is well aware that it is a high -level player. No wonder the head coach of Parisian Louis Enrique very, very much wanted to take. For two months they wrote about it, they said until the transition became a reality. So God forbid that he has everything in the Paris club.
