The Cabinet of Ministers agreed to a proposal to amend the provisions of the Law on Mobilization concerning the rights of students and pedagogical staff.

According to Goncharenko, the bill should now be registered with the Verkhovna Rada. And only then can this proposal consider parliament.
What changes offer:
It should be reminded that under the current legislation in Ukraine there are a number of categories of military personnel who are entitled to defer from mobilization. There are several types of delay:
- for a state of health,
- According to family circumstances, such as large parents (have three or more children under 18) or single parents (who have a child up to 18 years of age).
- in connection with learning or professional activity (students, teachers).
In particular, students cannot mobilize if certain conditions are met. At the same time, some of those who receive education may be mobilized to the Armed Forces.
Recall when mobilization with disabilities under the new law is possible.
Also, only men aged 25 years of age can call for military service under Ukrainian law, and there are exceptions that restrict the call of persons to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
