Critically important enterprises in frontline regions will be able to book up to 100% of conscripts.

In particular, according to the Cabinet’s decision, the state will compensate for internally displaced persons 70% of the first contribution, as well as 70% of payments on the loan in the first year of mortgage under the Esosel program.
“In addition, we allocate 40 thousand UAH for payment of all fees related to the registration of the mortgage,” – said the head of the government, without specifying the total amount of funds provided for these purposes.
Officials also made a number of other decisions for the frontline regions.
Thus, the Cabinet approved the decision to allocate 19 400 UAH for firewood, coal or peat, which will be used as fuel, every household that is located in the frontline.
“We also compensate for 100 kW of electricity per person on a monthly basis,” Sviridenko added.
According to another government decision, agrarians operating in the war zone can count on a subsidy of 1000 UAH per hectare.
“Grant for gardens and greenhouses up to 400 thousand UAH/hectare with compensation of up to 80% of expenses,” Sviridenko said, without specifying whether this decision only concerns those who just started working on the ground in the frontal regions.
In addition, as noted by the Prime Minister, critically important enterprises in the frontal regions will be able to book up to 100% of conscripts.
Support for IDPsAs reported by UNIAN, in Ukraine, since January 29, a new mechanism for supporting internally displaced persons – a subsidy for renting a home has been launched.
It is assumed that the amount of the subsidy is determined individually, depending on the income of the family, the number of members and the cost of housing in the region. Assistance is prescribed for 6 months with the ability to continue it for the same period.
In early July 2025, government officials announced the start of the experimental project to establish a municipal rent fund. It is assumed that some categories of persons, among whom internally displaced persons will be able to rent an apartment.
