In Kupyansk in Kharkiv region, as a result of the Russian air strike, there was a hitch in a dwelling house, there may be people under the rubble, the regional police reported.

“On August 5, from 04:30 to 05:00, the enemy struck with managed airbots in the city. There was a hiss in a dwelling house. According to local residents, people who hid from constant shelling were there at the time of the building. As a result of the impact, there was a collapse of the floor slabs. Three civilians – two women and one person – can remain under rubble, ”the message reads.

The police added that they had opened criminal proceedings under article on war crimes, and called on civilians who still remain in dangerous areas of Kharkiv region to evacuate.
