In Vinnitsa, the court appointed a round -the -clock arrest five participants of attack on the TCC on the night of August 2. The event was qualified as an attempt to seize a public institution.
This was reported by the press service of the Vinnytsia city court of Vinnytsia region.
As it is noted, the court considered the prosecution’s request for precautionary measures in the form of 24 -hour house arrest for suspects under Part 1 of Art. 114-1, Part 2 of Art. 15, Art. 341 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The court found that on the night of August 2, the suspects had penetrated the territory of a state building in order to interfere with the legitimate activity of the institution and were detained by law enforcement. When choosing a preventive measure, the risks of possible pressure on witnesses or obstruction of the investigation were taken into account.
The prosecution was granted, and the suspect was chosen around the clock for a period of 60 days. Investigative actions are currently underway.
Police opened criminal proceedings on the attempt to seize a state institution later than a night conflict with the participation of locals at the object of Vinnytsia regional shopping center and JV, five persons were detained.
The National Police also reacted for the night protest of the residents of Vinnitsa against the Tax Code and JV. The conflict was accompanied by clashes with law enforcement.
