The Ukrainian Arbitrators Brigade will work at the conference League match Panchyshyn will head the referee brigade on the Balcani match – Shamrok Rovers.

The main arbiter of the meeting was appointed Dmitry Panchyshyn from Kharkiv. On the lines he will be assisted by Alexei Mironov and Vladimir Vysotsky. The reserve arbitrator will be a Klim Zabrod.
The VAR system will be serviced by Mykola Balakin and his assistant Denis Shurman – both have considerable experience at the international level.
This is a regular purpose for the Ukrainian referee in the European Cups, which indicates a high level of trust by UEFA.
