As a result of last season Ingulets left UPL, taking 15th place in the standings. In preparation for the start of the championship in the first league, the team held a number of sparring. They were both victories (over Chernomorets 3: 1 and Metalist 3: 0) and defeat (from LNZ 0: 5 and FC Uzhgorod 0: 3).
Last season Bukovina was fighting for the UPL, but lost her chance of raising in the classroom a few rounds by the end of the championship. Before the start of the training meeting, Sergey Shishchenko became the new head coach of Bukovina. The team received a solid strengthening of the composition. Several players with the experience of speaking in UPL have passed to Bukovina.
