The Tax Code stated that on August 1, a group of conscripts were delivered to the territory of the temporary collection of conscripts in Vinnitsa. In the evening, a “group of civilians who behaved aggressively” gathered there.
“Attempts were made to illegally penetration into the territory of the temporary collection point, damage to property and violation of public order. Representatives of the National Police, who secured the rule of law, arrived at the scene, ”the Tax Code noted.
The details of the Tax Code were not reported, but called for “mutual respect and compliance with legal norms.”
The National Police also responded to the night protest of the residents of Vinnitsa against the TCC and JV. The conflict was accompanied by clashes with law enforcement.
