The Odessa Chernomorets will spend the coming season in the first league. It is obvious that the club is tasked with returning to the elite of Ukrainian football. This task is to be accomplished by Alexander Kucher, who headed the team in the spring, but could not save it from a decrease in the classroom.

In the summer, Chernomorets worked very actively on the formation of the composition and even continued his contract with the most star football player – Yaroslav Rakitsky. Anatoliets Anatoliy Mudyura, CEO of Chernomorets, told about the staffing work, fans at the stadium, the base in the Sovieton after the attack of the racists and much more in an exclusive interview with Football.ua.

“Rakitsky is an example for young performers” – Anatoly Nikolaevich, Chernomorets spent an active off -season: the club spent many transfer. Are all positions closed now, can we still expect transfer news?

– I agree with you that the club was actively transferred. We strengthened each link. The coaching staff sees a powerful impulse in the newcomers to help solve the main task for the season: return to the Premier League. I believe that at this stage the command of the team is completed.

– Among the players who replenished the team: experienced Vladislav Kulach and Alexander Sklyar. Have they lasted for a long time?

– The main thing is not the process, but the result is experienced team players. In addition, one of them in the recent past is the best UPL scorer. They are sure that players will not take a long time to adapt in our team.

– Probably, the main personnel news was the continuation of the contract with Yaroslav Rakitsky. How difficult was it persuading it to continue the agreement, taking into account that the club would play this season in the First League?

– Rakitsky is a real professional. If someone had doubts, then even a small number of games last season Yaroslav for our club proved everything. The actions of the team in defense in the presence of Rakitsky on the field looked more confident. We are grateful to the experienced defender and for the attitude to training, games. And also for what is an example for young performers. Yaroslav is ready for new challenges.

– If everything is clear with the task in the first league – to increase to UPL, what tasks does the club management set before the team in the Cup of Ukraine?

– The main task in the cup is to go as far as possible. We move gradually.

– It was rumored that Andrey Dikan would become a new goalkeeper trainer, but later there was information that he refused to go to Odessa. What motivated his refusal?

– It will be correct to ask Andrew Dikan himself. We cannot be responsible for Andrew. Maybe he will explain everything to you. We have accepted his position. Instead, they were satisfied with the fact that cooperation with Alexander Rybka was started. He responded to the invitation of Alexander Kucher.

What are the advantages of fish? This is also experience: Dynamo, Shakhtar, Champions League, Ukrainian national team. This is the fact that he has graduated from his career recently. He with our young goalkeeper, as they say, in one wave. We believe that collaboration with Alexander Rybka will bring only positive moments to Chernomorets.

“At the club, the working situation of paying wages” -The U-19 team was transformed into Chernomorets-2. There was a lot of discussions in UPL in the spring, whether to return the U-21 championship. Someone thinks that it is necessary, someone who is enough to declare a second team to the second league. How do you look at it?

– An important factor is financial. No matter how we call the team-U-19, U-21, U-45, it should eat normally, train, recover. It should move on a normal bus, preferably club. It’s all money. There are quite a lot. And so, I only play for the pupils of our academy, play a lot. However, football is not built in a honest word …

– How satisfied are you with how UPL TV works? Did everything staged your club?

– It is too early to give global project evaluations. But we have to state the fact that UPL TV happened in our country. There is nowhere to move, of course. We make our suggestions on how to make the product better, more interesting for viewers. And we feel that we are heard. But I repeat: there are no limits perfection.

-The first league matches will broadcast the official YouTube channel PFL. Chernomorets will be able to earn something from this show?

– We are still talking about this. Of course, games of games, training, interviews with players will be available on our club channel. Here is a simple logic – the more views, the more legitimate rights we talk about the monetization of the product. Therefore, we urge our fans (and they are outside Ukraine) to sign on our social networks. This is a mutually beneficial cooperation.

– In the media in May, they wrote about wage arrears. What is the situation now? Did everything manage to settle?

– The media have something to write. Sometimes it seems that some of your colleagues, the worse the situation in Chernomorek, the better them. I do not understand why. The club has a working situation regarding the payment of wages. There is a difficult situation across the country now, but we find a financial resource to resolve this issue in our team. There is no such thing that for several months players, staff, trainers sit without money. Everything works in the mode as it should work.

“We have a quota of 2000 fans in home matches” – The last home match in UPL Chernomorets was spent with fans. Will the Odessa be able to support the Chernomorets on the stands and in the first league? What quota was agreed?

– Yes, we are waiting for the fans for the first home game of the season. We have a quota of 2000 viewers. We will be glad if it is fully selected by our loyal fans. We went for a very long time, a year and a half. And it will be very unfortunate that all efforts-for the sake of 100-200 spectators.

– If you look back for the previous season: what do you think has determined such a disappointing result for the team?

– Let’s just look forward. We have lost the opportunity to speak to UPL. So there were prerequisites. The conclusions are drawn. Appropriate work by coaching staff, I hope. And on August 2, we will witness our return to the Higher Division.

– Which Chernomorets match would you call the best last season?

– It is difficult to find a positive when the team failed to complete the task for the season. But personally I liked the home play with Dynamo. For the first time in many years we were supported by our fans. The team was not quite successful in the match. She was very close to snatch the victory – Denis Bezborodko lacked a little accuracy. And the victory would leave us in the fight for a place in UPL. I am grateful to the players for that match.

– At the end of February, Russian terrorists kissed the club base in Sovignon. In which one is it now? How much did the story affect its functioning?

– The base was restored the next day. Of course, not all at once. Gradually. And, of course, this extraordinary event affected the preparatory per EC to matches. How, for example, was a recovery without a properly functioning pool? But they found the opportunity, resource and strength to prepare for games. The enemy is not broken. We continue to play, despite anxiety, arrival and constant threats.
