In addition to the equipment, you should not neglect tactics and organization. Today, all armies have unmanned aerial vehicles, but the most effective will be those who will be able to combine them “on earth, in the air and at sea.”
After all these recommendations, Burkhard acknowledges that if France really is at risk from Russia, “the question will not be in ordinary weapons, but in nuclear restraint.”
