The minister received funds on July 18, and the reports of changes in the property condition were published on July 21.

The Council voted for the appointment of the new government on July 17.

Recall that Herman Galushchenko, until recently the Minister of Energy, was headed by the Ministry of Justice. Parliament approved this appointment by vote for the entire government. The transfer of Galushchenko to a new position argue for his years of law in jurisprudence and managerial talents.
