Prehistory:
- On July 31, Russian invaders attacked Kiev with drones and missiles: 11 people, including a child, died as a result of a Russian combined blow to the capital at night on July 31, and 135 people were injured.
- In the capital, after the attack, a number of streets were blocked.
- The consequences of the Russian rocket-a-okola attack were recorded in 27 locations in 4 districts of Kiev, among the victims of 9 children and 3 police officers who were traveling.
