Shmigal noted that during the meeting, the issue of cooperation in the field of defense industry was also discussed. According to the Minister, Ukraine and the Czech Republic creates joint ventures and sells projects, in particular on the production of Bren 2 shells and rifles in Ukraine. In addition, the parties considered the possibility of launching new projects in the Czech Republic with the participation of leading Ukrainian companies.
In March-April, Ukraine received the last batch of T-72m1 Soviet model from the Czech Republic.
