The investigation found that the employee helped to issue fictitious documents for an alleged incurable illness to remove Braginsky from military accounting, which opened his way to unimpeded travel abroad.
The scheme involved the chairman and secretary of the Military Medical Commission, as well as the operator of the mobilization department, which provided fake medical examination.
Based on fake conclusions in June 2024, Braginsky left the country – at that time he was already wanted for suspicion of official carelessness, which caused the subway tunnel between Libidskaya and Demiivska.
The decision of the commission on non-transfer to military service was later canceled by the Central Military Medical Commission.
