There were 73 fights from the beginning of the day – the General Staff of the Armed Forces

Since the beginning of the day, 73 combat clashes took place on the front, the General Staff of the Armed Forces reported.

“The invaders do not stop striking the border settlements. From the fire of enemy artillery, the settlements of Starykovo, Mid-Budda, Passages, Alexandrovka, Turia, Stepok, Miropil, Malushina of Sumy region were injured, ”-says at 16:00.

Almost half of the fighting is recorded in the Pokrovsky direction in Donetsk region.

“In the Pokrovsky direction today the enemy has attacked the positions of our defenders in the areas of settlements of Popi Yar, Vladimir, Novo -Economic, Mykolaivka, Rodinskoe, Lisivka, Pokrovsk, Zarov, Kotlyne, Lucky, Novodgorodne, Muravka, Nutkhove, Dachna, Novoukne. Fighting continue in three locations, ”the message is stated.

The fighting also lasted in the North Slobozhansky and Kursk, South Slobozhansky, Kupyansk, Lymansky, Siversky, Kramatorsk, Toretsky, Novopavlovsky, Orikhiv and Dnieper directions.

On July 26, the spokesman of Khortytsia reported that, although the Pokrovsky direction remains the most intense, the main purpose of the Russian troops has now changed: “If in the winter it was more about the western neighborhoods, that to the west and south of Pokrovsk, now the main mission of the Russian From the East. ”
